Yes, but by whose name will he swear?

Don’t just read the headline… it keeps getting more amusing as the article goes by.

Yoinked from jaylake

I think I saw this in a movie once. Miracle on something something? We need to start a letter writing campaign, stat!

Although, given that this case is going on in Nebraska, that guy’s going to be really sad when Cthulhu shows up and eats the jury… and the courthouse.

  1. Congrats!
I know what you mean about seeing your brother always as 11. I still see mine as six or so, carrying around a tattered green “woobie,” and he’s 19 now.

  2. Congratulations! I’m certian you’ll get the hang of the Aunt thing.

    Speaking of weird…

I found out yesterday that I’m a Great-Uncle My 18-yr old neice had a kid a couple of days ago.

      1. Tell me about it. I feel ancient. My Mom is now someone else’s Great-Grandmother. Me, I’m a Great-Uncle with better than even odds of that happening again within the year.

  3. Ooo . . . the possibilities

Congratulations! Do you have any plans for your nephew yet? Are you going to be one of those aunts who spoil their nephews/nieces rotten? teach them inappropriate jokes? tell embarrassing stories about their parents? thrill them stories of wild adventures and travels? take them to museums? help them bake cakes? build kites? construct forts out of blankets and chairs? There are so many possibilities. Aunts/uncles are the best.
